About GetDSCR
GetDSCR is a specialized quote platform for Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR) loans. We exist to give real estate investors fast, transparent access to wholesale DSCR programs without the runaround of traditional mortgage shopping.
Our approach
We are not a lender. We are a mortgage broker (Loan Daddy LLC) that maintains relationships with multiple active wholesale DSCR lenders. When you submit a scenario we compare it against current program guidelines and return realistic indicative terms.
Every lead is handled with the same process: clear data in, clear options out, then warm introduction to the best-fit lender for full underwriting.
Why we focus only on DSCR
Owner-occupied lending has heavy regulatory overhead that does not apply to business-purpose investment loans. By staying exclusively in the investor lane we can focus on files where the rental property, not a personal income stack, carries the loan.
