When you submit a request through this site we collect: name, email, phone, property details (state, type, value, rent estimates), loan goals, and marketing parameters (UTM, referrer). We may also receive credit and financial information once you proceed with a lender.
How we use it
We use your information to match you with appropriate wholesale DSCR programs, to contact you about your request, and to fulfill our brokerage services. We do not sell your data.
Sharing
We share information with the wholesale lenders and service providers necessary to process your inquiry (lead engine, CRM, title/escrow when you choose to proceed). All parties are under confidentiality obligations.
Your choices
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying STOP or using unsubscribe links. You may request access or deletion of your data by emailing the address below.
